Cancellation Policy

The staff of Highlands Cosmetics strive to provide the most luxurious, relaxing and enjoyable experiences emerald (and all additional locations) has to offer. In order to ensure that no one misses out on this experience we have implemented the following Cancellation Policy. Please help us maintain this unique experience in our clinics by reading through this policy and provide us with the courtesy of abiding by the details provided. 

At Highlands Cosmetics, we understand that circumstances change and events take place in which you are unable to make your appointment. However, with these changes we would like our clientele to reward both the staff of Highlands Cosmetics and other clients, the courtesy of letting us know at least 24 prior to your appointment, so we can cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. You can contact us by responding to your confirmation text or email, on our contact phone number or alternatively on our facebook/instagram pages. 

Cancellations within the timeframe stipulated in this policy will give us an opportunity to give the allotted time to another client who may be waiting on an appointment, without affecting the business. this policy applies to all locations that highlands cosmetics operates from. 



• If you are running late, you may have your treatment time shortened or cancelled if time does not permit the service to be completed to the high standard that the staff at Highlands Cosmetics provide. This is in place to ensure that other booked clients attending their appointments on time after you are not disadvantaged missing out on time that has been allocated for their appointment. Should your appointment be cancelled due to this fact, you will be charged a 50% rescheduling fee which will be charged to the card on file.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment on the day of your appointment you will incur a 50% cancellation charge that will be made to the card on file.

If you reschedule within an hour of the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost due to lost time for the business. this will be charged to the card on file.

In the event of a no show, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. This will be charged to the card on file. Should a client persist in not arriving to an appointment in excess of 3 times you will be asked to pre-pay 100% of the booking prior to your appointment.

All services require a 50%-100% non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment, which will come off the total cost on the day.
