All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order being placed we will notify you and send the product as soon as possible. Ordering is completed weekly, therefore it may be up to two weeks waiting period for your order to arrive.

COST OF SHIPPING
We have a flat rate shipping of $14.95 for all products. Free express shipping for all orders over $299.
HANDLING TIME
If all stock is available, same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm. Otherwise next day dispatch for all orders. General shipping of orders are within 1-2 business days. We strive to process and dispatch your orders/products at the earliest possible time.
TIME FOR SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
You shall ensure that all information that us submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery. You will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund on such transactions.
