We are committed to delivering the order placed by you within the given period and in accordance with this delivery policy.
Currently we only deliver products Australia Wide.
You are advised to read our Terms and Conditions along with this policy.
By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on this website.
The default delivery partner under this website is Australia Post.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order being placed we will notify you and send the product as soon as possible. Ordering is completed weekly, therefore it may be up to two weeks waiting period for your order to arrive.
Please read this policy before making a purchase, so that you understand your rights, as well as what you can expect from us.

COST OF SHIPPING
We have a flat rate shipping of $14.95 for all products. Free express shipping for all orders over $299.

HANDLING TIME
If all stock is available, same day dispatch if ordered before 12pm. Otherwise next day dispatch for all orders. General shipping of orders are within 1-2 business days. We strive to process and dispatch your orders/products at the earliest possible time.

TIME FOR SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
You shall ensure that all information that us submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.

If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery. You will not be eligible for reshipment or a refund on such transactions.
